Donations
We have teamed up with paypal to offer the ability to accept donations on this belsen.co.uk website. All donations are greatfully received.
Where does the money go to?
We have overheads such as the domain name and annual hosting. Sadly Google has deemed this site unsuitable for Google advertising, so we cannot gain any financial help there. We have added the donate button to cover costs and to ensure this archive continues to grow. Your donations may allow the archive to make purchases of related material to the site. We have recently purchased a copy of Belsen Uncovered by Derrick Sington, from 1946, for instance and would like to share extracts via the archive of this important first-hand account. Future donations could contribute to online newspaper archive fees, scanning fees, design fees etc etc. Also this:
NEW: A permanent Memorial on site at Bergen Belsen. Find out more here.
But it’s free, yes?
The site is free. We could have a subscription service and offer the information to paying people only yet, this is totally against one of the principle reasons for initiating the website – to ensure the liberators of Belsen are finally documented, collated all together and remembered.
How can I donate?
Simply press the donate button and Paypal will take you through the steps. It’s secure too.
Thank you
